Having trouble with the site?

I can't see the drop down menus at the top of the screen
Our drop down menus should work with all recent (v4+) major browsers and systems. If you cannot see them, please use the links at the side of each page, or the site map. Please feel free to report the problem to us, and we will do our best to fix it.

I get a message about an error with, or missing Flash plugin
The Flash plugin comes free with all new web browsers, and is available for free download from Macromedia. The Fibbers site requires at least version 5.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 tells me that you are trying to place an insecure cookie on my computer
This is not the case: while we are transferring all our systems to this new site, some aspects, such as some band pictures, are loaded from a different server. IE6 sees this as a security risk - but in this case, there is no need to worry.

Are my details secure?
When you order tickets from Ticketweb, they use secure servers to take your credit card details. You can verify this by the padlock icon () visible in the bottom of the browser window, and / or by clicking the digital certificate at the bottom of any ticket purchase screen. No card numbers are stored; they are never seen by human eyes, as our system automatically clears funds with your bank.

What is your privacy policy?
We do not sell your details (including e-mail address) to third parties. All your details are stored securely.

Do you sell CDs / books / posters / magazines directly?
No, we just link to other trusted Internet retailers, who will provide you with these services. Our linkage to these sites helps maintain this website as a free service.

I have found a problem with the site
