“Occupying Forces is no mere progression, it’s a daring revolution. These are pieces of rare intellgence and maturity. On the back of this can we call them a mega-group?” – PROG MAGAZINE

“If ‘OK Computer’ was the sound of pre-millenial tension, then this is very much the sound of 21st Century unrest.” – GOD IS IN THE TV

“Staggeringly intense yet positively uplifting in equal measure. The musicianship and songwriting are exceptional. Astonishingly good.” – GET READY TO ROCK

HALO BLIND, mostly from York, make powerful and complex yet completely accessible cerebral music that ROCKS!

There’s a few familiar faces in there, too. Chris Johnson, Andy Knights, Alex Cromarty, Chris Farrell, Stuart Fletcher – all with impeccable musical pedigrees. Have a listen HERE, you won’t disagree…

With reference points like Radiohead, Floyd, Sigur Ros, Alt-J and Boxer Rebellion it’s no wonder their debut ‘The Fabric’ launched them. according to PROG MAGAZINE, as “Nothing short of a UK Prog Supergroup” and the follow-up ‘Occupying Forces’ is getting similar high praise.

Invited to play Isle Of Wight and winning Classic Rock Society’s Best New Band is only the start for this inventive and powerful band, emotive and mind-blowing. Recommended!
